Dr. Casey Mae Fouse-Voghel, a native of Pittsburgh, is a board certified, licensed Chiropractic Physician who is experienced in many chiropractic techniques and physiotherapeutic modalities. Dr. Casey, a Summa Cum Laude graduate, obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from LUCC, Marietta, GA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh where she studied at the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

Doctor Casey has been practicing in Delaware County, Chester County, and Wilmington, DE, for over ten years. She was voted Best of Delco in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In the early years of her career she served as a volunteer chiropractic representative through Spinal Mission in El Salvador and is a member of the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honor Society. Dr. Casey is a very knowledgeable practitioner who places emphasis on whole-health wellness, patient education, and chiropractic biophysics. Away from the office, Dr. Casey enjoys exercising and spending time with her family. She welcomed her first son in September 2021.
